Another impressive Related Arts Night at SW Elementary last Thursday! Well done related arts team and the students who did the art and performed!


Thank you Parents In Education (PIE) for the Dads and Doughnuts event this morning!
Also, thank you to all the dads that made it to the event! It was great to see all the dads at school enjoying breakfast with their kids!

Neat banquet last night honoring our National Honor Society members! It was very meaningful hearing the letters of appreciation that the students wrote to people that have made an impact in their lives!


It was so much fun reading 2nd grade stories about their best day ever today in Ms. Stanley''s class! Even neater is that these stories will be published like the one shown in the picture! So cool!


Mrs. Powell teaching a lesson about the history and origin of nursery rhymes to her Child Development class! Very interesting!

Neat event at SW last night sponsored and ran by PIE (Parents In Education)! We had rope jumpers, hula hoopers, some serious dodgeball, along with food and drink! Thank you PIE for the event and all that you do to help make SW great!

Spring Book Fair is right around the corner in the elementary . If you do not want to send money in with your child, you can use the book fair eWallet.
Book Fair will be open April 9-12 during the school day. We will have early and late hours on April 10 and late hours on April 11.
