We are excited to have you be part of Southern Wells Community Schools. Below is how you register to become a Southern Wells student:

For Southern Wells Elementary School registration/enrollment, you will need to visit the elementary office during the hours of 8:30AM-2:30PM (other times can be arranged by calling 765-728-2121 and speaking with one of the secretaries).

For Southern Wells Jr/Sr High School registration/enrollment please call the high school office at 765-728-5534 during the hours of 8:30AM-2:30PM for more information.

For out of district students, please fill out the Non-Resident Student Application at this link.
